Our club event rooms and bar are now available for hire. The club is just minutes away from the town centre and train station making it an ideal corporate/wedding/birthday/party destination. Our recently renovated clubhouse has projector, several screens, a staffed bar, toilets, disabled access and much more.

1. Room Hire Rates
Members rate is £20 per hour
Locals and community groups rate is £30 per hour
Weddings and Corporate Events rate is £50 per hour
Camping/Motorhomes are from £12 per night (up to 2 people)
Tablecloths are £10 per table extra due to cleaning costs
£10 per hour for bar staff
£40 for screen and projector
£50 for cleaning

2. Social Membership (£40 for the season)
To become a member and take advantage of cheaper room hire, as well as discounts on drinks, use of our clubhouse, discounts on matches and so on, please sign up using the membership link on home page at top of screen. You have to create a new account and then link to Teignmouth RFC using the "Find a Club" tab.

3. Details required on booking
Main contact/person to invoice - full name, e-mail, address and phone number.
Event details - date, start and finish times, type of event, number of guests expected, catering required, any entertainment to be provided e.g. DJ with contact details if they are organising their own.
